The tariff from the UK is about 12% on top of shipping.
Those gears look like the ones I found on Aliexpress.
Jiro Yeramian can make specific sets for a particular loco.
And there are ways to get around the silly UK stores that are willing to lose sales because they can’t be bothered with the paperwork [mind you, for a few gears, I really can’t blame them.] I have several relatives who are willing to ship to the USA any items that the UK won’t ship.
