Its hard to find someone willing to open a new business in these times let alone find one that is willing to rent space even before you have the building done. Well I got lucky and have a new business that is going to open as soon as the new downtown space is ready to go. Check out the new sign on the front of the building.

I will hve to put a new road in so there is a easy way for the workers to get from the A & J Clarke Mines to the new place to eat.

Sheould make it a combination Resteraunt/Filling station…have the sign up…“Eat-Get Gas”

Ok here is the buildings all put togather. Roosters place is on the left haven’t found renters for the middle place yet but the right end is the fire house.

Thanks David. I understand from the leasing office that a Dr. Marconi is looking at the place next to the Roosters. Something about people not having to go far. ;)

The Christmas all the time store is in a building all by its self, next to the quik mart. :slight_smile:

A blind Dr. will fit in just fine with my railraod.

If I did that we would never get Rooster next door to cook. He would be over strutting his stuff for the hens. :)
