How much trouble is it to remove the cab on a Bachmann “Annie”? I’m working on an engineer figure for mine, and would like to put in a seat. It would be a lot easier to do if I could get the cab off, plus I could make a few other small changes. But if it involves a significant dismantling of the loco, I’ll make do as is. I’m not feeling like taking on something that ambitious right now.
I need to do the same thing.
I had the cab off when I converted to batt, but it seemed to me I had to lift the boiler as well. (I should have “peopled” it then)
Some kind of tabs that slide in. I could be wrong.
As soon as I have a spare hour or two, I’ll dismantle the thing again and remove the cab.
