Anyone know what’s happening with Reindeer Pass.com?? I’ve ordered an item and have confirmation of the purchase but nothing has been taken out of my account for payment. I also haven’t received any shipping information…and just now the website doesn’t come up…thinking I might need to cancel the order…

I was able to get on the website and check my order, but I couldn’t “contact” them…it came up with an error…

Funny question…but is Reindeer Pass and RLD Hobbies connected??? Their websites are almost identical looking.

Well, it October and it is Twilight Zone month…checked again and I was able to send an email regarding my order…weird…

I remember buying a bunch of #1 kadee couplers from them a while back; I just called and talked to the wife. I forget her name but she was very nice.

Mike and Renee at Reindeer Pass have always responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion and never a problem with orders. And no, RLD and Reindeer are NOT connected.

Reindeer folks have been around longer than RLD, but both have good to great reputations. I’d give them a chance, unless you need it now and have found a place. Then it’s your call.

It could be weather as they are out there in the middle.

PS, sorry if I sounded snarky the other day, not my intention.

Maybe relevant, most likely not, since none are listed in Ankeny, Polk County, where RP is, there were ten tornadoes in Iowa on the 9th, yesterday,

NEAR CRESTON. AN EF-1 TORNADO WAS CONFIRMED IN ADAIR COUNTY. THE 8 
REMAINING TORNADOES WERE ALL EF-0'S. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE TORNADO
TRACKS MAY CHANGE PENDING FURTHER INFORMATION. ADDITIONAL TORNADOES MAY
ALSO BE ADDED IN THE FUTURE PENDING FURTHER INVESTIGATION.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

River flooding is being experienced or forecast across many rivers
in Iowa due to heavy rains over the past week. Please monitor the
latest river flood watches and warnings and observe any road
closures.

West to northwest winds will increase substantially later today
and tonight, reaching speeds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 to
40 mph at times. Wind chills will be in the 20s overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

River flooding will continue across much of Iowa for the remainder
of the week. Frost and freezing temperatures are also likely
across portions of Iowa on mornings from Thursday onward, and
especially Friday morning.

Thanks everyone!! I’ve ordered in the past from both and have been very pleased with the experiences. But if the area that RP is experiencing tornados that could explain a lot. Here in California if we get a few rain sprinkles we are in a flood situation. I’ll continue to be patient.
