Has anyone use sheet steel to make rolling stock from ? I am contemplating using recycled computer cases to make some hoppers. Any thoughts??

I don’t know if anyone else has done it, but as long as you can work it, it should be fine. If you have the tools to work with it, go for it!

Sounds like a neat idea but that stuff is pretty thick but I know you’re no noobie Bob!
