Reminds me of one of those National Geographic Specials, Life of Insects or something like that. Showing an army of ants devouring a dead mouse in fast forward.

Funny , I was thinking there is a guard rail on that straight section of track because they are running HT-C radial trucks with 3 axles. Considering the guardrail in the video it clearly demonstrates faulty trackwork.

I don’t think that is a guard rail. More likely a flange oiler (see pipes on the river side) for an upcoming curve.
