Although the image won’t show for me I know what it is, its also a SSLV creation like the cupola cab engine in my post above, both were built on tender frames. The critter in my pics used a chain drive to the tender wheels, the other used a direct tire drive. Ingenious solutions.

Here it is. I saved it in my freight shed. I think it is also a chain drive like the old Mack trucks.
Anything is possible where there is a will there is a way and where there is a scrap pile, little money but a need then there is a train.
That tire driven cab over is whacky
