I often see some really great photos there, and I used to click on them and go to the thread they were posted in. With the update it seems this functionality is lost. Might be nice to put it on the list of low priority things to fix.

Hint: the link you posted points to a page on LSC, not the picture. You needed the url of the picture to insert the photo. (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Those photos dont come from the forums, they come from the individual users’ photo galleries…
Thanks Bob, I knew they came from user galleries (Freight Sheds?) I just figure most of them are there because they were used in a thread. I’m sure however, that it would be insanely hard to do what I’m suggesting if they aren’t pulled directly from a thread. No big deal, we’ll circular file that idea. I know you have bigger fish to fry anyway. Thanks again for the great new site!
I notice many of my photos are listed as “Bob McCown.”
Am I right in assuming these were photos uploaded prior to the big photo hack?

Nope, he’s been talking to Jon Dekeles (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-tongue-out.gif)(inside joke)… (he would take user’s pictures they stored and watermark the with a big yellow LSOL)

Even worse than that, waaaaaaaay back when I only had one big photo gallery. When you uploaded your picture, it went into a big bucket, with no “It came from me” attached to it. So, when I went to the new software three years ago, I had to import them to SOMEONES albums, and it didnt seem right to pick random users. 
wow! Picture stew huh?
Well, the software running this site gets better on almost a daily basis, I guess I “came over” at the right time!
