I can hear it now, “I’ll have a work motor with the works, to go.”

Spent 5 minutes looking at the forum categories wondering where to put this thing, prototypes? modeling? motive power? gardening? This Old House? Red Green? D&D Bag of Holding?

later,

Forrest, Boonville, Missouri

OH my!

Vic, Get in here Quick!!!

Gee, I wonder if they forgot anything.

Nice . …

Looks like my garden shed on wheels. I’ll bet that thing is pushing 100 yrs old. Still putting out a hard days work.

Al right…who’s gonna model it???

Me thinks I see me another project

Vic, I can see this running on a pizza of yours

Getting closer to 100 years old, 18 to go, "One of the most useful trolleys at our museum is our track service car. Car 64 from Oporto, Portugal, was built in the company shops in the 1930’s. "
http://www.rockhilltrolley.org/roster/C-64

"Previous Owner:

S.T.C.P. (Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos do Porto)

Oporto, Portugal

Builder:

S.T.C.P.

Year Built:

1933"

The streetcar line near me had a car that looked a bit like that, built from an old, out of service, wooden streetcar. But I haven’t seen it for a few years. They are interesting prototypes.

What an interesting, um, thing!

Anyone know what those boxes are on top of each end?

Ray?? How about water tanks for a quick shower after they get done working???

Sorry, just had to… (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

I seriously hate this forum. i try so hard to stay focused and then someone posts something like this and wheee!!! off goes my mind. I love MOW equipment and have often thought that I would scrap every other adventure and only model weird real world prototype MOW vehicles. This thing is the type of thing that just begs to be made.

I have an excuse, no traction catenary on the pizza, so I won’t have to put this on the end of the other dozen odd ideas and projects on my mind (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

From previous work motors I’ve seen, most likely combination tool boxes and seats for working on trolley wire - note what appears to be seat cushion on top of aft one. Might also contain electrical equipment.
While we’re talking boxes, tapered box inside cab door is pretty near guaranteed to be sand box.
