Hi John,

That is a very impressive video. The video showed the Hudson pulling at least 10 Streamliners.

I also remember Chuck’s DCS equipped Hudson which was also impressive.

While I would love to have a smoker like that I would never be willing to risk working on it myself or shipping the Hudson anywhere.

Thanks to Robbie I now know Raymond can repair the Hudson’s drive train if ever needed.

Perhaps I am a bit gun-shy because I remember hearing of wiring problems with the first Hudson’s.

I’m the third person commenting who does not own a hudson, but it seems that because of the plain bearings in the motor and the gearbox, regular lubrication is needed. The ones I have seen (now personal experience) that have excessive wear appear to be “lubrication starved”
