The light switch has 8 prongs off the back (4 pairs) I have used double throw doble pole switches in the past but have not seen this type of switch before. The board it is on leaves 1 set of prongs open. Can anyone give me a diagram of how this switch can be wired for use?

I answered on the other site, but George had the detailed information, my guess appears to be right, DPDT center off. You could reverse the direction of the fan for the smoke unit… crazy…
