I think? I know a command station and booster is needed for DCC.
Could a QSI Receiver work as a command station to control more than 1 decoder with different address ?
If you fed the receiver with +5 volt dc and run the output to the tracks
Use a 18-20 volt 10 amp dc transformer output to the tracks
use any 3rd party decoders

NCE GWire Procab
Quantum GWire Receiver
18-20v 10amp dc transformer
3rd part decoders
This is what I came up with for wiring (don’t think it is quite right)
Any ideas ?
