Pumpkin Carving Tools

This morning on “FoxnFriends” there was a company carving pumpkins using hand and battery operated power tools. No idea of the strength, but looked like some ideas that could be used for modeling, especially carving plaster and foam. Check out this saw -

Might want to look around at the other stuff on the site. Lots of little tool and light ideas.

Actually that looks quite similar to a saw that microlux has out in its mini tools line…

Hey Ric… Reminds me of a Pumpkin carving Dremel from Lowe’s I found on closeout…$10! It’s orange and battery powered and looks just like my electric one. I have posted questions about a Foam Portal project for my church and should try this thing out! BTW, did you use normal enamal spray paint on your foam wall?

The only spray paint you can use on foal is Krylon H2O Latex spray paint. All others will east the foam, even acrylic clear coats. You are better off using either brush on latex or acrylics.
