Pullman 2m (from ESU) is the new LS producer

The embargo has been lifted since someone spilled the beans on a German forum. OK, here goes

Yes I know, it’s “only” of interest for the RhB fanatics, but it is certainly good News since Gunnar Müller was the designer who was responsible for the 2m stuff at BRAWA. Actually VERY GOOD NEWS!

I’m certainly looking forward to good things to come.

What a let down. I don’t give a diddley squat about new Euro rolling stock. And I don’t read German!

That’s precisely why I phrased the post like that. BTW a picture is better than a thousand words and the prices in € should be easy to convert.

any growth in the hobby is growth in the hobby-and that is usually good for the hobbyist-usually

Although I have no interest in European styles ( except for “Thomas” type stuff for the kids) I do know a few folks around here that do - Thanks for the posting -I’ll pass it on…

I’m opining that you’d need to be very friendly with your bank manager to have much to do with this new kid on the block.

The base price for the railcar is nigh on US$1500 - add shipping and so on and it might just hit the $2000 mark…

I can buy a whale of wood and Ozark/Phils Narrow Gauge stuff for that amount. Heck, my last project, nearly finished, for a unique MoW car in Fn3 must have cost me at least $50 so far.

However, as H-J notes, it’s great news indeed for the RhB fans out there, so I’ll give it a tentative ‘whoopee’.
