They painted the underside and trucks with PRR “engine black” The stuff turns green as it ages.
look at 1st and 2nd gen diesels they look green too.
I have seen that green hue on bridges too. Now if only I could properly replicate it, without going too green
Maynard, you might be going about it backwards. If you want that green start with mixing white and black to the lightness/darkness you want, then add a touch of green to the grey…looks like a blue-green would do the trick.
