I can’t seem to figure out how to add my profile pic. I have a pic on my desktop but it wont upload to the profile editor. Any help is appreciated…Travis
You’ll have to upload it to a server first. It needs a http:// tag. Upload it to your freight shed then paste the URL (http) into your profile editor.

You shouldn’t have to involve your freight shed.
When you press the Edit Profile button you select the Edit My Photo button.
Press the Browse… button - it will allow you to navigate around your hard drive.
Once you select a picture, you will also have a chance to determine how much of that picture will be seen in the thumbnail.
Note that there is NO cancel button, so to go back to your old picture you need to repeat the process.
Bruce has it right! If the photo your trying to upload is not in JPEG format, you may need to change it’s format . I’ve had to change my BMP pix over to jpeg pix to upload them.
I’ve tried to change mine several times with no luck. First couple of times I got an upload error.

if your using Windows, just type in - change a pictures file type - in ‘Help & Support’.
It will give you instructions on how to change the format.
Dave, all my photos are jpegs. Don’t know what the issue is.

Travis, how about you email me the picture you have on your desktop, perhaps it’s not in the right format, or it could be damaged somehow.

That’w what I was thinking. It looks just like him. 
Is there a menu of acceptable emoticons?
Sometimes a jpg is somewhat corrupted and certain viewers will show it ok, and others not. I think this was Travis’ problem… I got his picture, reprocessed and re-saved it and now it shows.

I’m still getting an “error” trying to upload a profile picture.
I’ve tried several different computers, different browsers and a bunch of different photos.
No luck.

Travis’ problem seemed to be a semi-corrupt jpg.
He sent me his JPG, I re-processed it and sent it back to him and now it works.
