Dave;

As far as the IPP&W; you can see it at; www.ovgrs.org/

And you haven’t heard of Dave Goodson…egads my son; where have you been !!!

Thanks for the URL, Fred. Is Dave Goodson the bloke who calls himself “Curmudgeon”?

My brothers and I had Lionel growing up, but I lost interest in my early teens. Didn’t get the bug again until early this year, when my grandsons and I put together a G scale Meccano train that kept falling off the track. Hence, at age 61, I don’t know a lot about G scale or the personalities involved except what I pick up on LSC and GSM. I’m always willing to learn, though!

“Meccano” = “erector set”, or at least it did when I was a kid (it’s probably not politically correct to use that term today). The boys and I thought the Meccano train was fun, but G scale electric is a lot better.

Okay Guys,

With the help of Bruce and Bob, I got the Article loaded in the Articles section.

First page came out great. The others, I’ve struggled with and they are a little hard to read, but the best I could get. Thanks for all the assistance.

Yes, Dave;
Dave Goodson is “TOC”, the Old Curmudgeon"…not such a curmudgreon, as he could lead you to believe. A rather fine young fellow in his own right.

Congrats on being published Ric - Nice job.

I enjoyed reading the article - thanks for going to the trouble of posting it.
