All cars have a wooden roof for form/factoring pending extrusion roof.
The standard pass LGB trucks will provide enough spacing but
a few ounces of weight should be added.
Whatever happened to all his molds Ray? Be nice if someone cast them again.

Sorry I thought I told you the info about GT Version 2.
I will tell you the story that I know about here for the info of others.
In 2003, “NH” (Name with held at HIS request) bought the lock/stock/barrel
to the G gauge rights to Great Trains. He is based in Ca.
For the first 3 years "IT WAS FUN and a GREAT LEARNING task"
Durning the 4 year ‘things happened’ and the economy went south.
He continued making GT’s for 4 more years. Then ONE DAY, he decided that
it was enough $#@ making/selling trains.
He completed the work-in-progress items and THAT"S THAT.
He did say that he would write a book some day and fill in all the questions
that I had asked him over our 2 years e-mail exchange.
I have not heard a word in over 2 years.
I did e-mail him just before the Labor Day Weekend. I will update “US”.
