Weres Don??? Can any one find Don?? he and Anthony has been helping on the RR getting ready for the steam/batt up Sept 23/24th

These guys are working hard.

Also Bill and Dan came today to cut bushes (trees) and clean, man is my RR a mess. Bill is sitting taking a brake. But we do have fun

Guess what Anthony brought to play with.

Man did it sound and run nice.

USAT Hudson, Tony let me baby sit it for a week or so. heheheh[;)] Plus we played with the aire wire and a new RCS unit. More details later.[:p][:)]

Nice pics and a great layout! When did you put in the track going under the arch bridge? I don’t recall seeing that in previous pics of your layout. Also, what is the round object on top of the truss bridge? Looks like a UFO.

The black narrow gauge steam line is a 10’ dia circle for getting locos ready for the upper main line. Plus it helps stop the wash out problems.
The black things on top of the steel bridge is UFO spotter markers so when we have visitors from outter space they will bring their trains to run.
We are on the inter-galactical spoters guide for space layouts.

All i know is, my mind has been going round and round tring to think of how I can buy one of those Hudsons???
I know I’m a diesel guy, but this engine has balls…
Maybe I should sale everything I have and buy the Big Boy…

Saw one of those Hudsons several years ago. Man, what a machine! The smoke unit had gone out, so he changed it to the Aristo unit.
