Power supply question

Need a recommendation for a power supply that will handle 3 USA F3’s.

Aristocraft still has there 15Amp power supply in stock. Great price but no idea how good it is or the waveform it puts out.

I’ve had luck with the meanwell power supplies- 10 amps, 24 volts. You’ll need a throttle, of course. I use the Aristo throttle. It handles 10 amps.

Hello Louis.
I have been using a Crest/ Aristo switching power supply with a train engineer for years now. The Crest/ Aristo puts out 23 volts 12amps when set to the “G” setting. I have near 600’ of track and I can run a GP38, a NW2 and a S4 all USAT engines at the same time but I think it is pushing it since 2 run better than the 3 up and down my 3% max grades pullling 4-5 cars each.
I think you will need at least 10 amps.

As stated already this is a good power supply I have been using it for many years and have yet to need more power. Now it’s just a supply so you will need a throttle with it as well whether it be a wireless unit or just a rheostat that Aristo sells as well.
