What do you call this plug and where is the best place to get them?

I don’t know if it’s the same thing as these connectors. But I have these to use as connectors.

Rick, you can buy 6 pin JST harnesses, both male and female as a set.
Problem is you might have to get 10 of them per order.
You could also use 2 3 pin JST’s.

John, I don’t really want to rewire 6 rail cars just so I can add a seventh

If you google JST SM you’ll find the technical specs, which will include pin spacings.
