Plowing out the Naugy

Had some fun this past friday assisting with plow operations on the Naugatuck railroad in Thomaston Ct. it is not often we get this much snow in CT. to warant running the plow.

Al, that was great!!! Is the Naugy RR a local or a tourest railroad? Everytime I see a video like this I can only think of all the railroad history that use to be in our general area in the panhandle of North Idaho and there are no small working railroads just BNSF and UP, what a shame.

Very cool Al. Nice to see some real local snow-plow action. Only wish I could have made the trip up to watch.

Whoever it was that shouted “left wing up” couldn’t have timed it any closer :slight_smile: Would have made for a very bad day if that wing hadn’t of come up in time.
