Pineapple Right side Up Cupcakes or Upside Down Cupcakes

Oh, my X used to make “Pineapple upside down biscuits.” Most delicious.

Mix crushed pineapple, butter and brown sugar.
Put mixture in cupcake papers in your muffin tin.
Put canned biscuits one in each paper.
Bake according to the instructions on the biscuit wrapper.

As stated before I’ve passed on the thank yous to my M-I-L. And I’ll pass on the newer ones. Glad everybody enjoyed the treat.
Should I look into getting you a special batch made Ken ?

Perk!!! a new batch??? when, where, what time???

Who’s Perk and why is he allowed to partake in the new batch?

I'm Perk, and lemme tell you, they were goooood!

Oh, did you miss out again?

This recipe was used by the “Dear Bride” on a bunch of her friends. It seems they were a hit and also a desire for how they were made was shared. A big thanks to the famous Mom In Law.

ME!

I’m with steve on this one… I would like a real recipe, The instructions on page one are volume deficit… How much butter, how much brown sugar, how much nuts, pineapple, cherries, etc. how much in the bottom of the tins?

Please and thank you.

It’s probably all by taste …here we are on a modeling/scratchbuilding train forum and were asking for exact specifications of food?

Engines run on coal and diesel, engineers on cupcakes and donuts!
