Pine Ridge Lumber and Mining reincorporated

Oct 9, 1948 The management of PRLMCo, upon reviewing the acquisitions of the last year, and reviewing the successful deforestation of Pine Ridge, (and, in no way to hide assets from creditors) has filed for reincorporation with the FRA. Effective Oct 15, 1948, the railroad will be known as the Nashoba Valley Transportation Company. This name change reflects the move from mining and lumber, to a general carrier in the region. This is especially true with the introduction of car ferry service at Williamsport over the past summer. Track crews have reached the other end of Nashoba Valley, and should begin building the interchange yard at Franklin Falls in the following months.

And exactly how will this effect my stock holdings of the PRLMCo. Will NWTC stock be issued on a one to one basis?

Is there any pending judgments against the company as their was against the “Little River Lumber Company” in the Smokies earlier in the century? I suspect the federal government is going to step in and claim all assets as soon as the owners are out of town for a vacation. Don’t trust them “Revenuers”.

Neat.

How do I get a set of decals?

All financial inquires should be directed to our lawyers, Browbeatum, Flogem & Harassem, esq.

Bruce: Need to dig out the Alps, figure out if I can get it to work, and print some. OR, give Stan a call. Hmm…

Are these people connected in any way with the well known British company of 'Sue, Grabbitt and Runne'?
