OK with all the talk today I did some checking and fiddling and found something I thought strange.
I went into freight shed and deleted a picture, yet the picture remains in the post and also on another forum in its post. Shouldn’t they go away when you delete the picture from the hosting spot??
Is there a time delay for this to happen?
My guess is that its cached in your browser. Try clearing your cache and reloading the page…

Of course, that was the answer, I just hadn’t thought about that.
Once I reloaded the picture back into frt shed it popped back up in place in both forums. Is there some kind of permanent link that is formed when a picture is posted?
For instance if I post picture xyz on here then later delete it but the thread remains open then 2 years later I post picture xyz some other place on the internet does it pop back into existence here?
