This could easily be my sister and me. The switchers are even similar, as are the Heritage I colors. I used to watch the Great Northern switching at Apple Yard.

This reminds me that I need to dig out and go through the old picture albums that my folks left me. I think there might be some pictures of the Alaska Railroad equipment in Whittier circa 1954-55 when we lived there. Might be a couple of treasures in there.
