I installed the new updates for the PB22 boards to the program from the Phoenix Sound Website but could not get the progrom to work. I deleted and reinstalled but still didn’t work. Then I finally tried using a different DC power supply and that did the trick! My old LGB 50060 2 Amp 20 volts DC power supply must not be putting out sufficent voltage. When I connected a variable 25 volts 5 amps DC power supply, the Phoenix program loaded up no problem. For anyone having a similar problem, consider your DC power supply source as the potential problem. By the way, Jim Callahan at Phoenix advised me to be sure to shut down your Windows 10 system after you install the software and then restart it to ensure the new program will properly install.
