Is there a way to save a pdf in Freight Sheds and then use it in a Forum posting?

I have saved PDFs in the freight shed before and then referenced them with a link in a post so that viewers can open it in a separate window.
For example: http://largescalecentral.com/forums/topic/20676/signs-and-posters
However, I do not know if you can actually make the PDF image appear in the post like a photo.
If you have Acrobat, you can convert the PDF to JPG to display in a post. Otherwise, A link is the only option.
