That reminds me, Dave, of what happened to me once.
My company sent me to Georgia for a while to help set up a new factory.
I used my card in a banks ATM and got someone else’s account.
I could have used the extra cash, but I immediately canceled the transaction.
I frequently use PayPal, especially for international transactions. Never a problem, but I am very conservative, only use ‘known’ suppliers.
My Binnie Engineering tippers are an example of the power of modern worldwide commerce: Priced (in Pounds Sterling) on the internet, paid (in Dollars) with PayPal, shipped (by mail) from the UK the next day. Arrived at my West Coast home less than 5 days later. Great service all the way around.
