Large Scale Central

Passenger Run on the Tuscarora Railroad

I’ve had this posted on MLS for a few days, but I was playing with different compressions to try to get a cleaner version for folks to watch. A switch to Vimeo seems to have helped somewhat, so here’s a link to the Vimeo file.

The advantage of Vimeo (evidently) is that anyone can download the original file for their desktop in the resolution it was sent up as, which will be even cleaner.

Wow !

I watched, and liked, this video over at You Tube when you posted the link on the EBT list. I just downloaded the file from Vimeo and it’s 100% better. Very clear in native size and doesn’t look too bad full screen.

I love the editing job especially the borrowed audio.

Thanks for upgrading

Very well done Kevin. This has to be one of the best videos I have seen yet. I really felt like I was on the layout watching the trains go by. You need to make a video of your trains running in some snow.

Excellent video. Very well put together.
Fun to watch.

Ditto! Enjoyed it very much!

Very, very nice stuff and completely different vistas from the “usual” GRR videos!

Real nice, Kevin. Thanks for sharing, it sure shows off your railroad and skills.

I’m not modeling or into steam at all…however that was fantastic…Kevin , we are Gen X …Somehow I feel that as my RR progresses (matures) My sons Bachmann Tweetsie looks better on it than my modern stuff does. Your video perspective was excellent and quite informative. I loved it!

P.S. Could you have Bob Santos e-mail me if he wishes… His Lower Paxton Northern looks amazing. I’m heavily into the CVRR trackage right’s however in modern time. He could probably be of great assistance with my research. Sorry for the thread jack. I have too many interests which drives my wife nuts.

Thanks
David
