Made up a master pair of ends in styrene: (should have taken pix before painting!)
…then cast a silicone mould…
1/32nd aircraft plywood cut into strips for bench slats
Made a jig using 2 weights…
and finished up with…
Benches in place on platform…

And it rather makes me appreciate that junky old stock Pola park bench kit I got off ebay… All that work, vs 6 plastic benches for $5?.. Even if I already used the side pieces from 2 of them for combine seats and lost one end.
