I placed an order 7 days ago and paid with my credit card. They are still showing my order as ‘processing’. I realize that they only ship on Fridays and Mondays but I would have thought they would have shipped my order last Friday. Needless to say I am not impressed. In hind sight maybe I should have placed this order with Kidman’s Tree farm as they showed all of the items I ordered ‘instock’ and maybe I would have had my order here by now or soon.
I like what Ozark offers but not impressed with the service.

We had a little thing called Thanksgiving last Thursday.
Many businesses were closed both Thursday & Friday so employees could spend time with their families or go shopping

Hmm, I order some stuff in Sept. and didnt have a problem. I think it took about 2 weeks to get my stuff, but I dont recall what the order status ever said.
I have never had any problems. I think the problem was the holiday. If they were closed black friday that means it wont ship untill this friday.
Call or send them an email. I made a order about 2 months ago and they only shipped half the order. About 2 weeks later I was still wondering where the rest of my order was, so I send a quick email and they shipped it off. BUT being thanksgiving weekend I would think the order would be shipped Monday, or Friday of this week. It is a family business so don’t expect them to drop everything to serve just you!
Try contacting them first instead of complaining first.

I have never had a problem with Ozark either. They have been good to let me know when my items ships.

Last time I ordered from them, somehow my CC got fouled up in their
system. My bank shut down the account immediately, because they thought
someone hacked my account.
I don’t know if they have improved their system and made it safer, but it scared me away.
I can also get just about anything, Ozarks or Trackside details from Caboose hobbies. Same price and twice the service.
I have it in 2 days.
I would try emailing them. I know Dave is a diabetic like me and has had health issues but I’ve always had great luck with them.
If you get really anxious for your order call them. I think the number is on the website and that is Dave and his wife’s home number. If business is real slow Dave may even be driving truck.
