“Bell” has been changed many times in the last seven years and has never really been put to its real potential, which I have no idea of what that would be. Great location, look forward to seeing what will happen there. “Timesaver”?

I understand there has been a little problem at the interchange with “the Rat”, but work at “Bell” seems to be progressing well and on schedule.
