With all this rain still occuring I was able to get a outhouse done for my cabin. I also have a change in plans. What was going to be the logging camp is going to be just a backwoods cabin. I really like the way the cabin looked alone, especially in the evening when the inside lights up. It has a real cozy look to it. The logging camp is going to moved to a different location and the buildings are going to be different, Going to look more like a trailer with flater roofs. Next on the list is starting to build the shacks and a barn.
Nice looking outhouse… Matches the cabin with style and grace…
Those look great, Shawn.
I sure hope the squirrels don’t decide to go outhouse-tipping…

Thanks - the squirrels are well behaved thanks to my Brittany Spaniel. Shes my RR guard dog. LOL
Nice! The cabin looks real cozy.
Looks good Shawn.
The outhouse is just the right distance from the cabin.
No too far to walk and not too close to smell.
There used to be an old outhouse here on the property. It was very old.
The wood was so hard I used to use it for a backstop when target shooting.
A .45 calibre round nose at 25 feet would not penetrate through the boards. No ricochet worries either.
It disappeared while we were living on the coast. Don’t know if someone stole it for the wood, or what.

Came out real nice Shawn. Keep it up and the neighbors will be wondering when they started a railroad in their backyard.

cool
Nice job, I have one at my farmhouse, now you’ve given me the idea to make one for my cabin! When I was little, our first house had an outhouse and a pump in the kitchen, guess I’m old! Thanks!
