Large Scale Central

Our first train runs of the year

We worked for a few days cleaning up the Railroad that so many pine needles that we had a hard time finding the tracks. We still have to finish painting the train and town buildings yet.
So this is just a short video of getting some trains to run.

Was a fun day for our train fix we needed bad.

Noel,
I always enjoy seeing your RR.
I’d of thought you’d run year round in sunny California

Oh and Richard… Kind of wish i did like you did. Get off the ground and maybe able to cove it from the pine needles… I enjoy both of your Railroads… Course not sure where Ralph R.R. is going to… with tracks going every where… hahahaaha… ya, but he is looking for a good lighting ground rod using lots of tracks… Saves more building for the big booms… Sorry Ralph, just had to bug you on that one… lol.

We know …Not train related, but sure nice to see some old stuff still running… Neat fun day here in Rio Linda, Ca that happens once a year. People come from all over from other states to show off there equip. Noel

:D Noel, I designed my GRR to appeal to the "non train" crowd. No train people come by and visit, but plenty of "regular" people do. When the track work is complete, there should be plenty of action no matter where they look ;) Ralph

Great… the more trains the better… Keep up the videos. … Looking good.

Hehe! Does that mean that none of us are "regular people" or simply not "regular"? ;)

You guys make me laf… I’ve been called other names to. Anyway was over to a buddy R.R. to help him get ready for a train run. After a few odds and ends we ran trains with no problems. Here is a long version. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fISTXXZEWtc&feature=plcp and a short video for tho’s that don’t like long video… lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piN-Meva6c4&list=UU_ES3OQlv2XsZkyGd5GAb3g&index=1&feature=plcp After his train run next week, we’ll start again on ours for our train runs. Boy you-tube sure has its problems on there new upgrade program… Hard to to use. Sure will be glad to get all of the darn building repainted done. Hope to have them done by June 22 for our train group run. Never should of waited so long… darn.
