Ever since the doc told me that coffee is a kidney irritant I have left it alone…now I don have to jump up and down when the bathroom is occupied!!.

I gave up the obsession/addiction with/to coffee many years ago, and will never go back…but, if it helps someone with their health problems, it’s a much different story…

Had a pretty decent day. I have had little to no sign of high intracranial pressure. My abdomen is another story but I am honestly learning to live with it. I have been busy all weekend so far being able to.put the pain aside. Chronic pain is interesting compared to normal pain. It affects you totally difderent. But I am getting through. Feels good

Well had a decent weekend. Got a lot accomplished both on the layout and in making decorations foe my daughter’s wedding. Feels so good to be able to do stuff. But now I am tired.
