I check the Hallmark ornaments every years for train related stuff.
Walmart, Target and others have the less expensive ornaments that often have something we can use in our modeling. I found a sofa ornament with a sign that is based on the Friends TV show.
The sign is easily snapped off after a couple of swipes with a razor saw. The sofa is resin and readily takes Krylon paint.

I have a backwoods house with a porch that is calling for something like this.
The other one will probably used in one of my private rail cars.
