cool video, Bob… Great track maintenence program they have…

I like the caboose for the conductor…

Cool. Couldn’t tell from the info on the link if this is still in use o not. I know China just recently retired main-line steam.

That is a good video. Retiring steam from the mainline may not impact that train. I wonder if that is the mainline? I noticed he was picking up cars, if that was the same train.

I found a webpage where this type of NG steam engine was being sold, dont know it they had their boilers certified but they were in decent looking condition.

Here it is:

this would be for the Ultimate backyard RR

What a hoot, some real rockin’ and rollin’ and the undulating track makes me chuckle. There seemed to be a lot steam squirting out of the locos too.
Dave

I like the chickens. Now why did they cross the tracks?

Great video Bob. I didn’t know that the “Rooster” was in China and a movie star. HaHaHa

Playing chicken with a steam locomotive. Interesting video.

With all of the leaks and bouncing around, it's a wonder it just doesn't go Boom or leave parts of Eng. laying on what's left of the bent rails. Least they blow the whisle for the people and chickens.

Great video Bob… still Laf.

Kinda looks like my RR right now(trackage wise)

So much for the ladder system :) :) ;)

Ah, the C2s. These, along with the related Pt-4s from Russia had total production numbers in the thousands. The similar C4s were related to the Polish Px48s.

Yes, these, along with the Polish Px48s, are being sold second-hand and being sold to museums et al…similar to how some ex East German narrow gauge steam ended up in the States in the 1960s.

Great vid Bob!

No, I did NOT lay that track.
