Gallic shrug of shoulders all round then…and as usual…blame someone else…
He he he … Le ros boeuf gleeful chuckle
It is the French way of doing things . . . .
Job security, now they have to rebuild the platforms.
Massive bureaucracies, poor communications.
Actually it’s a direct result of the “modernization, rationalization, privatization drive” that gripped the world a few years ago when “globalization” was the incessant war cry of those who rule. Organizations that worked almost flawlessly were broken up, either because a smaller operating unit would have more control or private operators would do a better job.
Some funny things started to happen on the way to the lowest common denominator in all manner of places. Just ask the Brits about their rail service since BR was “untangled”.
It happens in any large bureaucracy. I have seen it in the large companies I work for, spend dollars to save dimes. Stuff happens.
Am I the only one that does not find this that funny…Ha! just kidding.
The French certainly have a way with technology.
