I found this old green tender from an LGB 2018 at a swap meet for five bucks. A little this and that and she turned out pretty good, I think. Now all I need is a loco for the front of it. :slight_smile: :slight_smile:

That shows what can be done , it pays to keep an eye open for useful conversion stuff , especially if you have a talent --like John has .
We call them things "greedy boards " , same there is it ?

I think the proper "Murrican" term is "Hungry Boards" ........same concept......

Interesting ,greedy versus hungry .
Greedy is a term commonly used by the have-nots , when describing haves ; hungry is a more sympathetic term . Says a lot about two nations’ different leanings .
