I decided to remove the huge stack on my repainted Heritage Express in order to replace it with something more appealing.
However, in order to remove the stack I cut the 4 wires and the tube inside which attached to the little plastic smoke box inside. There are 2 red wires, one green and one grey.
One red wire attached to the terminal on the smoke box along with the grey wire. The other red wire attached to the other terminal on the smoke box along with the green wire.
Since cutting the wires the headlight stopped working. I don’t intend for the smoke to work any more, but I would like the head light to work. Any suggestions on what I should be splicing together to get it back working again? Do, I just attach one red to green and one red to grey?
