Hi all;
I am presently in some pretty intense training for my new job function. It should last about another five weeks. I won’t have too many chances to check the forums during that time, and my evenings are pretty full with volunteer work (choir, handbell choir, serving on a job loss support group, etc.) I will miss this great bunch of people, but I will try to check in whenever I can. I should have more time to participate once the training is over.

Good luck, I hate training, eventually I always find out that the stuff you actually need to know is what they decide is isn’t worth including in the training

To add a bit of levity to the training sessions, you could mention - during coffee or lunch break - that you do a lot of “Training” in your spare time, too.
