Like every other year, really hard to narrow it down to three.
fwiw: my criterion heavily favor realistic result (at least in my eye) including weathering.
with that in mind:
- Rick Marty (the chipped cement footings and the pinups in the shed sealed the deal)
- Jon Radder (nicely weathered little gem)
- Cliff Jennings (subtle weathering, in particular on the loco boiler)
