Off-topic - html council needed

i am building a new website.
so far everything went as planned.
but at making the first secondary site a nasty thing appears.
the background does not cover the whole space, if the site is on a wide screen.

i would be thankfull, if somebody could teach me, where and how to change the source-code/index.html.

these are the sites:

you have the with set to 100% so it is only going to use what it needs. your bench picture is smaller then your other one on the index page so its using in its mind 100%. you need to set it to a number ex. 780 or what ever it takes to fiill the area.

try something like

you might have to work with it a bit to get the right number to fill the spot.
