I’m going to make a long-form video from this weekend, but here’s a little preview of what I ran yesterday.
Adding to Dan’s comment. There are two versions of containers that I’m aware of and the one shown is the smaller version that I believe they use on subs.
Here is today’s view at the Large Scale Central table.

John Wilda and Cliff Jennings equipment previously discussed, and in the center is one of Dan’s 3d printed Center Flow? and on the other side is Stan’s new 1:20 standard gauge B&O wagon top boxcar 3d printed by Jeff Cairns of Rockwall Canyon Railroad.
Things were pretty quiet by 3pm so i headed home.

We were there early afternoon Saturday, for some reason I didn’t take any pictures. We did buy a couple trees to add to our RR.
Today we are going to see Eagle Rock Garden Rwy. and Saco River Line, then three hour ride home.
PS: I bought a flat car too for a future project.
Just a couple from today’s limited operations. Cliff did come to visit, but was the only one.
First up is a view of the new mill @ Butterfly. . this siding has been waiting a long time for a building. i still need to finish the roof sheathing.

As always, Al’s layout and trains are something to behold. And he showed be his shops & tools, and answered lots of questions.
The new Ridgeway roundhouse and turntable are AWESOME. Bummer that others didn’t show up for Al, but it was fun seeing him, Joe and Phil operate for awhile.
A mishap…
After Al’s I went to the layout near Palmer, which was supposed to be running, but the operating day in the schedule got mixed up. Someone else had showed up before me. So though the hubby was out golfing, his wife had gotten one train running (they normally have 4). Pretty layout, and we had a good chat about plants & stuff.
She (Jennalee, I think, but I don’t have the last name) hadn’t heard of LSC, so I expounded on its virtues. And oddities.

That was probably us @Cliff_Jennings that was there before you. Joe and Janalee Bachand Eagle Rock Garden Railway, we were there just after 10am on Sunday. Janalee was very gracious and showed us their RR even thought it was supposed to be Saturday. We also went to the Worthington Winery on Saturday to see their trains but they had a private event and would not let us in. We went to John Flaherty’s Saco River Line RR after seeing Eagle Rock and he let us in early (we had talked to him and his wife Saturday about coming early) then it was three plus hour ride home. John and his wife were great hosts he told us about how he built his RR over the years, he moved a lot of rock by hand.
Next year we are planing to go Friday to Sunday to have more time.
Saco River Line
John has a dog bone RR, standing on his lawn you look down on the RR, you can walk around to the bottom and be eye level to some of it and some is higher. Very nice RR, we certainly enjoyed our time at the festival.

From all reports sounds like the event was a success. Sorry I missed it but the timeline just didnt work out. Looking forward to next year if it continues.
