It is time to get back to the Dirty and Dusty Railway. The first thing I did was invite more people to move to Silver Onyx. They posed in front of a recently-built church this morning.
Wow
I thought this was another of Devon’s post!(http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
Good looking town folk Doug!
Thanks. That crowd will cheer me on to get the layout cleaned up and working!
Nice to see you back in the saddle Doug!
What has the Rooster been up to?

Oh stop. . .lol. . . OK don’t stop that made me laugh. I have to be vigilant and read every thread now that can possibly be construed as one that involves procrastination and lack of progress so I can defend myself.

Isn’t being “sniped” by the rooster the way you know you are friends?

Devon, but can you defend yourself? You have a build thread that is 16 pages of not building, AND you “Crowned” me “King Butt Modeler”.
You can redeem yourself by building one, knock our socks off, impressive layout, before your self imposed deadline.
Or, you can make us laugh, and laugh with us, by continuing to not do what you aren’t doing. (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-smile.gif)

There is friendly ribbing, and then there is being picked off by a sniper. Nuff said.
Its a 100F in Pasadena today, methinks goofing off under a fan with the AC on is a much more sensible idea.
Vic, yea its been in the high 80 and low 90s here. So I am back to full time butt modeling when I am not at work.
Thing is, when I left for work yesterday, before 7 am, I noticed how cool and nice it was outside. I wanted to stay home and play. So I have to get out very early this weekend, before it becomes heat stroke temperature, so I can do something…anything.
Now that it has “cooled off” to the 90s and we are no longer threatened by a 37,000 acre fire I am going to get to work on the layout. For awhile last week I thought my layout was not going to survive. The fire came within five miles of us which was much too close. There were 105 houses lost.
Same here in the East. It’s been hotter than hell and humid as a steam bathe here for weeks. Today it cooled off to the upper 80s and no humidity. It’s almost chilly…LOL
