I just received a set of 12 journals from this ebay seller. I’m very pleased and impressed with them. The price of $5.50 (free shipping) was a bargain and the order took about 1 week to arrive from Sri Lanka!

Yea Brian I saw those too. I’m not surprised you’ve looked at this in light of your 7/8’s projects. I’m thinking about tinkering in that scale and thought these might be of use. Heck at the price you can’t go wrong.

Beware I just bid on the journals and the L&P. I won the journals and paid for them and my Paypal account was flagged today. Some security hoops to jump thru but nothing too strange. Hopefully that is all striaghtened out? Hopefully the Journals are as nice as the photos show them too?

I have no connection to the seller other than buying a set in his ebay auction. They are just as pictured. They’re made from some sort of hard plastic with a spring that is just for looks.
The measurements are 32mm tall, 30mm at widest point on top and 15mm wide at the bottom. I just started a small 1/20 frame for 14’ car attaching the journals with small pins through the holes and some CA.
I just checked my Paypal account and see no problems.
Again I’m just noting a pretty good product at a very reasonable price.
