I wish I could go. A lot of the guys from the 7/8ths group will be there too… But, I’m stuck in the frigid Northwest. But then again it’s about time for first frost up there…

Steve, it was 30 degrees in upstate New York last night… They had their first frost!! When I lived in New Hampshire and Vermont it was not uncommon to have first frost by the end of August.
Oh, I think August is the only month that I have not seen snow on Mt. Spokane…!
Yeah, I know. Mt Olympus over on the Peninsula has 7 glaciers on it, and it is only 1000 ft higher than Mt Spokane. Go figure.
Also, we gotta remember that we are only just a few hunnert feet lower than Snoqualamie Pass, here in Spokane/Deer Park.
