New Year Challange Well Done

I don’t have anything in the junk box yet. So I went with left overs .

Hand split shingles

Dug out bucket

One of those 1/29th figures from ebay He scales to roughly 6’ Base was done by coating the bottom half of a paint jar with exterior grout and placing stones. Uprights are wood. Bucket is the end of a dowel that I drilled out. Roof shingles were split from a piece of scrap from the station build.Stained with coffee. Take up spool is from an old bic pen and bent wire Plastic was aquired from a local bathroom installer. Total cost was zip nodda zilch Guess I’ll use this for a future farm house.

As I mentioned in the other thread, Dave, another nice little project for your layout.
You’ve inspired me to make a few little items for my rr also.
Good job!

That looks great and a good idea. I wonder if I throw Rooster down it and make a wish if it will come true. LOL

Damn Shawn why you want to blow up my well? Take your whooping from Rooster someplace else.I know a cigar shop in need of repair I can let you in on.

Nice little project. Gave me something new to try to make for my RR. Great job!
