New type of Graffitti?

Saw these on a train in central Nebraska. Not the usual letters/words, or whatever they are, but a picture.

Note how they went around the car numbers.

I think thats a more common style in the northeast…several ‘artists’ are well known (like Rooster’s friend Ichabod) and ‘sought after’ (by RR Police I imagine…but they have learned to keep the reporting marks and such visible and the Railroad isn’t near as quick to fix them…
